Co-Parenting Plans
The best written Divorce Decrees or Parental Orders can't address the changing needs of growing children, there will always be a need for co-parents to re-evaluate and address changes to custody and parenting plans to suit the evolving circumstances of life. This is best done in mediation.
Issues to be addressed in mediation may include: changes to custody, changes to exchanges, changes to child support, parent time responsibilities, on-going parental support, how to address trauma and sensitive conversations with kids, etc. |
Mediation
Whether your issue is between a family member, business partner, landlord or other, mediation can assist both parties in reaching an amicable resolution. Ideally, we try to preserve the positive aspects of the relationship so both parties can avoid the expense and stress of litigation and move forward with their needs met.
We work with parties with and without legal representation. |
