Harvard Business Review posted an article entitled "What Great Companies Know About Culture".
It was great to read because it took the 20 of the top 25 businesses listed on the Great Place to Work Institute's and asked their executives their take on having a great work place environment. There's no surprise that most of the companies had a lot of things in common. To find out more, read the article.
It's so great having access to these insights from the best.
As a divorcee I can't attest to the value of having emotional support during the divorce process. I was fortunate enough to have found friends who were going through a lot of the same emotions and experiences as I was and we were able to talk one another through our hard times.
Since going through a lengthy, expensive and very high conflict divorce, I have met dozens of people who cannot only relate but also still need to talk to someone about their experience and need someone to help them dissect the situation so they can move forward.
These experiences have lead to me want to develop a divorce coaching arm of done mediation. As can be learned in the article "Divorce Coach: 3 Things a Divorce Coach Can Do For You" on the Huffington Post, utilizing a divorce coach can not only save you a fortune, but with good coaching, you will feel supported and better prepared to begin the new phase of life that comes with divorce.
